Since opening in 2008, the restaurant has grown into a downtown fixture, bringing contemporary American cooking, global influences, handcrafted cocktails, and a lively atmosphere together under one roof. Its name, short for “You Only Live Once,” is more than a slogan. It reflects the restaurant’s approach to making an ordinary meal feel like an occasion.

That philosophy is especially apparent in the food. YOLO’s menu moves comfortably between wood-grilled steaks, seafood, sushi, crudos, shareable plates, and globally influenced dishes. A dinner might begin with seafood ceviche or a Dragon Roll before moving toward a 22-ounce bone-in cowboy ribeye, Wagyu New York strip, or a surf-and-turf combination with Maine lobster.
