An LCI feature represents editorial coverage and does not constitute a guarantee regarding a restaurant, product, service, individual, or future customer experience.

LCI reserves editorial discretion regarding:

6. LCI Name, Logo and Recognition Marks

The Local Culinary Insider name, logo, badges, seals, recognition marks, and other brand assets may not be used in a manner that falsely suggests affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or recognition.

Permission to use a particular LCI asset does not constitute permission to use all LCI intellectual property.

7. Restaurant-Supplied Content

By submitting such materials, the submitting party represents that it has sufficient rights or authorization to provide them for the intended use and grants LCI permission to use them in connection with the applicable editorial feature, recognition, publication, promotion of that feature, or related LCI content unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Ownership of restaurant-supplied intellectual property remains with its respective owner.

8. Restaurant Submissions

LCI may allow restaurants, readers, owners, chefs, or other parties to recommend restaurants for consideration.

Submission does not guarantee:

• Selection
• Publication
• Recognition
• Editorial coverage
• Response from LCI

LCI retains complete editorial discretion regarding submissions.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use the website to:
